Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Complex Accounting & Tax Solutions nonprofit@complextaxsolutions.net You may cancel or reschedule your Nonprofit Bookkeeping service at any time with written notice. Monthly fees are non‑refundable once work for the billing cycle has begun. If you cancel, services will continue through the end of the paid period, and no partial refunds are issued. If you need to reschedule a monthly review meeting or onboarding session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or repeatedly rescheduled meetings may delay reporting or require an additional fee. We may pause or discontinue services for nonpayment, repeated delays in document submission, or misuse of services. All outstanding balances must be paid before final reports or documents are released. Booking confirms your agreement to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
